Buckets Sports Bar and Restaurant is where dogs join in, with its dog friendly beer garden and food and drink served throughout the day, to eat in or take away, with no booking needed. From 4 April there is also the Doggy Pawgramme of specially designed activities and seasonal surprises for dogs, with a doggy menu to match. The golden rules are to keep dogs tethered, clear up after them and never leave them unattended in the accommodation.
Cleethorpes itself, a seaside resort with a blue flag beach, pier and promenade, is less than 10 minutes' drive and listed as dog friendly, as are the Cleethorpes Coast Light Railway and pubs such as The Nottingham House, a seafront pub, and The Signal Box Inn, dubbed the world's smallest pub.
