Caynham is a stylish and spacious period home in Instow, with river views from its large terrace and a dog friendly golden beach a 3 minute walk from the door. Two dogs come with the booking, and for ten guests and their dogs it is a luxury base on the North Devon coast, with the South West Coast Path right on the doorstep.
The lounge is spacious and vibrant, and large patio doors open from it onto the terrace and those river views, which the bright, airy kitchen and diner shares. Behind the scenes is everything a coastal house needs: a utility, a drying room with a rail for wetsuits, a ground floor wet room with a double shower and a separate WC.
