Llandudno View is a spacious, pet friendly modern home on the outskirts of Llandudno, with distant sea views over both the North Shore and the West Shore. Four dogs are welcome, and the owners provide a dog crate, bowls and extra dog towels, which says a good deal about this dog friendly house for eight.

A large, open hallway leads to the lounge, light and airy, where a Smart TV and comfortable chairs wait for the return from the beach. Double doors open into the dining room, roomy for the whole family at dinner or over a board game, and the well equipped kitchen leads off it. A beautiful conservatory across the back has patio doors that open to the garden, bringing the outside in, and the dogs will soon decide it is the best room of all. There is a downstairs WC, and the garage holds the washing machine and plenty of storage for bikes, paddleboards and golf clubs. Upstairs are two king-size rooms, each with an en suite, two twins and a spacious family bathroom, and the two at the back have double aspect sea views over both shores.

The enclosed garden at the rear is laid with decking and furniture, a place to breathe the sea air and dine al fresco while the dogs explore. A welcome pack is ready on arrival.

The quieter West Shore, with its sandy shoreline and views towards Anglesey, is just 15 minutes on foot, a fine first walk with four dogs. The North Shore has a wide promenade, shops and cafes, the tram and cable car climb to the summit of the Great Orme, and there are countless walks and cycle routes nearby.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Is Llandudno View dog friendly?

Yes — Llandudno View welcomes up to four dogs, which puts it well ahead of most properties that can accommodate a group of eight. The enclosed garden with decking means you can let all four out at once without needing to keep a lead in hand.

  • Are dogs allowed at Llandudno View year round?

The listing doesn't specify any seasonal restrictions on dogs, but we'd recommend confirming directly with the owner when you book, particularly if you're planning a visit during peak periods.

  • What should I know before visiting Llandudno View with my dog?

The enclosed garden is one of the property's real practical strengths — four dogs can be out at once without anyone manning the gate. West Shore, the quieter of Llandudno's two beaches, is about fifteen minutes on foot and sits on the Conwy estuary, making it well suited to a week of beach walks with dogs.
