It is a reverse living house with luxury vinyl flooring throughout. Wetsuits, boards and leads go into the large store and boot room by the front door when the dogs come back from the beach, and the three bedrooms and the main bathroom share this floor. Upstairs, everything opens out under a beautiful vaulted ceiling, the lounge, kitchen and diner sharing a stylish wood burner for curling up beside in the evening, and large bi folding doors open onto a balcony for a cup of tea looking out to sea.
Out in the large enclosed rear garden the private hot tub sits alongside a patio set for eating out, a BBQ, a summerhouse with its own decking, and a hot water shower for rinsing wetsuits and boards. A lockable shed holds bikes and boards, with a drying rack and a supply of beach bits and bobs. Evenings belong out there, the dogs exploring the garden while the hot tub warms.
The beach offers 2 miles of golden sand, with rock pools, surf, sand castles and kites, and the pebble ridge links to Northam Burrows Country Park for a longer walk with the dogs.
