Climb past the glass balustrade, lit low beneath an impressive chandelier, and the first floor opens into one generous lounge, kitchen and dining room. The family size table converts to pool and ping pong, the lounge has a chaise longue, games and books, and a large balcony with rattan furniture looks out to sea. Once the dogs are fed, that balcony takes the sunset drinks.
The ground floor holds the sleeping: one super king and one twin, each happy to swap to the other on request, then a king with a stylish en suite, plus a contemporary main bathroom. Westward Ho! itself has independent shops, restaurants and pubs.
