You come in on the ground floor to a spacious kitchen and diner, and the utility room alongside has room to hang coats and kick off sandy shoes after the beach or a long walk with your dogs. Outside there is a hot and cold shower hose for washing down dogs, surfboards, wetsuits and sandy toes, and on the same floor the games room has table football, a pool table, table tennis and a dartboard.
Up the stairs, the first floor living space has comfortable sofas, a Smart TV, an open terrace and far reaching views across Northam Burrows to the sea. Two bedrooms share this floor, and the master is on the second floor with a Juliet balcony and panoramic views, next to a fourth bedroom with its own en suite. Under the booking terms, dogs are not permitted on the furniture or in the bedrooms, and throws are provided for the lounge sofas. The enclosed garden outside has a patio, seating for eight and a private hot tub in the corner, with a shed full of BBQs, giant Jenga, buckets, spades and crabbing nets.
