Off the kitchen sits an enclosed area that leads out to an enclosed courtyard, which the owner describes as ideal for wet dogs coming off the beach.
That courtyard has a hot and cold shower, which the owner recommends for sandy toes and sandy dogs alike, and the garden shed has room for bikes and surfboards. From here a fully lit shared path climbs five steps to the enclosed private garden, with garden furniture, a lawn area and a charcoal BBQ, where the dogs can stretch out while supper cooks.
