Ty Lloi is a spacious single level farm building conversion at Capel Seion, where working farmland surrounds it on every side and the Cambrian Mountains and Aberystwyth are both close. Eight people sleep across four bedrooms. Two dogs come too, and the house makes a relaxing dog friendly base for coastal and rural walks.

Everything is on the one level. The entrance hall leads past the well equipped kitchen and the family bathroom to a large lounge diner, and its patio doors open onto the enclosed garden: lawn, a patio with seating, and the private hot tub. That lounge is the great communal space of the house, where everyone gathers with the dogs at the end of a day out to plan the next one.

Along the corridor are two twins and two doubles, the first of them en suite, and every room is tastefully decorated.
