Ty Twlc is a charming single level farm building conversion in the rolling countryside near Aberystwyth and the Cambrian Mountains, with working farmland all around. Three guests and a pair of dogs fit in happily, there is a private hot tub, and the whole place feels like a delightful dog friendly hideaway.

Inside, the pretty open plan room is full of character, with traditional exposed beams over the lounge, a smart TV, an attractive dining area and an elegantly designed kitchen. Sleeping is in a double and a single, both with TVs, alongside a shower room. An easy riser chair can be provided too. With everything on one level, the two dogs settle in quickly and soon have a favourite spot under the beams.

Outdoors, lawn and patio make up an enclosed garden, with seats set out for a slow breakfast.
