From the hallway, the light and bright open plan lounge and diner opens to the right, with a comfortable seating area at the front around the Smart TV and flame effect fire, and plenty of room to dine opposite. At the back is the stylish kitchen, newly fitted in 2023 with beautiful stone worktops and contemporary units, and beyond it an outside utility with the washing machine, useful when the dogs come home muddy.
Upstairs, the king size bedroom faces the front and a charming single bedroom is next to it, both sharing the contemporary bathroom. Outside, garden furniture is set out on a patio beside a generous lawn bordered by pretty planting, with a second WC opening off the patio, and it is the place for breakfast or a sundowner while the two dogs potter about the grass.
Poole has a beautiful natural harbour, beaches and water sports from sailing to kayaking, with museums and charming old streets to wander. Ashley Cross is known for its restaurants, bars and boutique shops. Sandbanks, Brownsea Island and the market town of Wimborne are all within 6 miles, and the Jurassic Coast is part of the surrounding landscape for longer days out with a dog.
