1 / 8The Egerton House Hotel
Kensington and Chelsea, London
Yes. Dogs can stay overnight.
A boutique townhouse of 28 rooms in Knightsbridge, with a dog menu cooked to order, dog sitting, grooming and a pet concierge to arrange it.
Knightsbridge is the setting for The Egerton House Hotel, a boutique townhouse of 28 rooms in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, close to the V&A. Dogs get the same five star service as everyone else at this dog friendly hotel, where the team asks for your dog's size in advance so they can prepare accordingly.
Bedding, bathrobes, bowls and blankets come as standard, with a welcome gift and a toy as well, and dog sitting can be arranged by the team, ideally with 72 hours of notice. Through a partnership with Love My Human, a local boutique and grooming parlour, spa treatments and grooming can be booked for your dog during the stay. Away from the room your dog is asked to stay on a lead. The hotel doesn't mention any cap on dog numbers, so ask when you book.
Breakfast and dinner are both yours to share with your dog in the drawing room and bar. The dog menu is cooked to order by the same kitchen, from the same produce as the human menu, or sent up as room service. Dogs are not allowed in the dining room during breakfast service, because of local restrictions.
PetsPyjamas gave the hotel an award for its dog perks, and the rooms keep the grandeur of the townhouses they were once part of. Wildpack's nearest walk, Battersea Park Riverside and Lake Circular, lies 1.3 miles off.
Facts checked October 2026 from the hotel's own website. Details can change, so please confirm anything important, especially the dog rules, with the hotel before you book.
