Built of stone in the late 1800s and facing south, it is a dog friendly country cottage for four in a beautiful rural spot near Hutton, close to the medieval town of Berwick-upon-Tweed.
The hall is the place to hang outdoor clothing, and beyond it the lounge is light and bright, its wood burner effect electric fire and Smart TV set for cosy evenings while the dog curls up nearby. The dining area at the back of the lounge suits romantic or family meals, the kitchen is well equipped, and the bathroom has a shower over the bath. Up the stairs are a spacious double and a twin, both with storage and their own seating areas.
Out in the garden there is a charcoal barbecue and seating for meals outside, and it is a lovely spot for stargazing with a wee dram or a local ale while the dog dozes at your side.
