The open plan living space inside is wonderfully spacious, rising to vaulted ceilings with beautiful exposed wooden beams. Large, comfortable seats are arranged round the wood burner and the TV, where the dogs doze after a day on the trails, and the bespoke kitchen has an island with bar stools for a morning coffee and a dining area for family meals.
One double bedroom, with countryside views, has an en suite shower room, while the second has a feature window looking over the garden, with a further shower room off the entrance hall and stairs from the kitchen to a quirky mezzanine level for the fifth guest. The rear hallway opens straight onto the enclosed garden, a lovely spot for al fresco dining and lazy evening stargazing, with an abundance of wildlife for the dogs to keep watch on.

St Andrews is within easy reach, with the Old Course among the many golf courses nearby, and the East Neuk's picture postcard fishing villages and sandy beaches are close at hand, the nearest beach 8 miles off.
