Book now

Jobsons Dairy is a gorgeous cottage for four along a country lane on the Isle of Wight, looking out over rolling fields, just 0.5 miles from the village of Niton. It takes one dog, and a hot tub in the private enclosed garden rounds off each day at this dog friendly cottage.

The bright and airy kitchen is the first room you meet, with bench seating and a dining table that give it a real country cottage feel, and a double oven, gas hob and Tassimo coffee machine for the cooking. To the right, the lovely lounge has a Sky Glass Smart TV and comfortable seating, the place to cosy down with a film while the dog settles after a long day of exploring. A spacious shower room comes next, then a twin room with a large fitted wardrobe, and last of all the bright, spacious master bedroom, its king-size bed, fitted wardrobes and dressing table looking out through gorgeous French doors to the garden.

The private enclosed garden is at the front of the cottage, with seating that looks out over the incredible countryside views. The hot tub is set for a relaxing evening as the sun goes down over the hills, and the BBQ and seating mean supper outdoors, the dog keeping watch nearby.

Niton has a couple of pubs for a meal out, and the seaside town of Ventnor, 4 miles away, has local pubs and excellent places to eat. The island's coastal path offers panoramic views of coast and country for walks with the dog, and Blackgang Chine, Osborne House and the Aqua Park are all within reach. The cottage can be booked with neighbouring Jobsons Cottage for a group of ten.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Is Jobsons Dairy dog friendly?

Yes, Jobsons Dairy welcomes one dog as part of the booking. The cottage has an enclosed front garden, so your dog can be outside safely while you make the most of the hot tub or the garden seating.

  • Are dogs allowed at Jobsons Dairy year round?

The listing doesn't specify any seasonal restrictions on dogs, so it's worth contacting the property directly to confirm availability for your dates. What we do know is that one dog comes with the booking as standard, not as an afterthought.

  • What should I know before visiting Jobsons Dairy with my dog?

One dog is included in the booking, so if you're travelling with more than one it's worth checking with the owners in advance. The cottage is single-storey and open-plan, which makes it easy for a dog to settle in quickly, and the enclosed front garden means you won't need to worry about the immediate outdoor space. The lane leads straight out into farmland, and the coast path and chalk downs are within a couple of miles, so there's plenty of good walking on the doorstep.
