Joe's Barn is a dog friendly barn conversion above Dacre Banks, up a private drive, its enclosed garden wrapped round all four sides. Three bedrooms, three bathrooms, six people and two dogs, and the whole ground floor is heated from underneath, a surface any wet dog will choose over the bed you brought. The first room through the door is the entrance hall, built to take boots.

Past the hall the house opens into one long room where kitchen, table and sofas share the same air, with a second, quieter lounge off it giving onto the terrace.
