Through in the kitchen and diner there is a dishwasher, a coffee machine and comfortable seats at the table while supper is on the go. Off the kitchen, a delightful conservatory has two rattan chairs, just right for the first coffee of the morning in the sunshine, with the dog stretched out beside you.
Back in the hallway are the two bedrooms, one king-size with its own Smart TV and one twin, with a wet room to finish. Outside, the large enclosed garden has a table and chairs out on it, a lovely place for lunch with the dog sprawled nearby, and to the side of the house a large lawned area is given over to outdoor games, with a children's Wendy house complete with toys. At Christmas the house is decorated for the season too.
The 2-mile promenade runs past beach huts and colourful deck chairs, and the De La Warr Pavilion brings contemporary art and the latest events to town. For walking with the dog there are local footpaths and routes along the coast, or you can head further into the countryside of the High Weald. Hastings and its East Hill funicular are nearby, and Eastbourne lies to the west.
