This striking detached barn was newly built in 2021, set into the hillside at Combe St Nicholas and decorated with care throughout, and it is a sophisticated, dog friendly house for eight with room for two dogs.
The front door opens into a useful utility room with its own WC. Next door is the fabulous open plan kitchen and diner, a sociable space with panoramic views of the countryside, an electric AGA, a central island and a vaulted beamed ceiling. A door leads through to the comfortable lounge, where the wood burner and Smart TV come with yet more lovely views, and the dogs will have found the fireside long before the logs have caught.
The bedrooms are up on the second level. On one side, a light king and a charming twin share a contemporary shower room, and on the other a stylish king and an inviting twin share a bathroom.
