The side door opens straight into the tiered lounge, kitchen and dining room, and the front door into a lobby with a WC. The lounge is bright and spacious, with a lovely arch window, a Smart TV on the wall, and the wood burner sits in an elevated stone fireplace with a wooden mantel, the dogs' chosen spot once it is lit. Patio doors lead from the dining area out to the garden.
Upstairs are three en suite bedrooms, two super kings, either of which converts to twins, and a twin room, all with Smart TVs, and one en suite pairs a roll top bath with a double shower. The enclosed garden is a real suntrap, with a patio outside the dining room, a lawn, raised decking with a table and seats, and the private hot tub looking over the field and fells. Morning coffee goes out there, the dogs follow, and the bird song does the rest.
