River Cottage is a tasteful country style cottage set in a courtyard in the Duntisbourne Valley, perhaps one of the prettiest valleys in the Cotswolds, with its Saxon age village church and wonderful views over unspoilt countryside. This romantic, dog friendly stay suits up to four people and one dog, about 3 miles from the Roman town of Cirencester.
Relax in the lounge, where the cosy wood burner is lit with the first basket of logs and favourite shows play on the Smart TV, and it rarely takes the dog long to find the fireside. A dining area in a wide corner has a table for four, and the kitchen is well equipped for nights in. Up the stairs, the king and twin rooms are joined by a bathroom with a generous shower.
