Sawmill House is a wonderful, stylish period house in the heart of Ayton, a village with its own magnificent castle whose estate offers riverside walks all year round. This dog friendly home sleeps four and takes three dogs, and you enter through a pretty enclosed front garden, which is where every morning begins.
The hall takes the outdoor clothing, and then comes a spacious open plan kitchen and diner: a bespoke kitchen with a gas oven, a bread maker and a large breakfast bar for morning coffee, and a dining area with a feature stone fireplace and lovely views over the front garden, where the dogs can be watched at play while lunch is laid.
Upstairs at the rear is the spacious lounge, with comfortable sofas, a leather rocking chair, a TV with DVDs and a roaring wood burner, and beyond it a games area with a full size pool table and board games.
