Step out of the front door at Sea View and the beach is straight ahead, 25 metres away, and it welcomes dogs all year round. This dog friendly house on the promenade at Morecambe sleeps nine, takes three dogs, and gives a family or a party of friends bay windows onto the seafront and a whole basement given over to fun.

Inside the front door, a welcoming hall gives room to shake off the sand and hang up coats, which counts for a lot when three dogs come in off the beach. A bright, spacious lounge sits to the left, with a cosy snug behind it where the Xbox lives and patio doors open onto the decking. Further along, the kitchen and diner has a large table where the whole party can sit, and the house has a large dog crate for anyone who wants one.

The main super king has double doors onto a balcony with outstanding views of the sea, and another double looks out over the water too. Down in the basement, the newly renovated games room has a pool table, table tennis, darts, an arcade machine, a bar area and a cinema room.
