It is a luxurious, detached dog friendly cottage for four in a wonderful rural position near Carmyllie, graded five star, with a large enclosed lawned garden at the side.
The lounge is made for slow evenings, with a smart TV, a Bluetooth sound bar and a roaring wood burner that the dogs will claim once it is lit. The kitchen is ready for anyone who wants to cook up a storm, and the dining area comes with countryside and sea views to admire. Back through the hall are two king size bedrooms with smart TVs, one with an en suite bath and separate shower, the other with an en suite shower.
