Out in the walled garden there is a private wood-fired hot tub, and a walk through the woodland leads down to the lake.

Muddy boots and muddy dogs come in by way of the handy boot room, and the hallway leads on to a bespoke, handmade country kitchen with bench seating, a farmhouse table and a log burner for cosy dinners. In the sophisticated sitting room, flames flicker in the open fire, with the Smart TV for a film and a Bluetooth speaker for music, and by then the dogs have usually picked a fire of their own.
