To the left of the hallway, the cosy lounge sets a three seater and two armchairs round the Smart TV, and its wood burner makes it the spot for a chilly evening, with both dogs soon claiming the warmth for themselves. The kitchen has a Rangemaster cooker with a six burner gas hob for the household chef, and the dining table seats six. There is a WC downstairs. On the first floor you will find a king size room with built in wardrobes, a twin room, its zip and link beds able to become a king on request, a single room, and a lovely family bathroom offering bath and shower.
Out of doors, the enclosed garden offers a sunny patio at the rear with furniture for drinks of an evening and meals outdoors, and an area of lawn that the owner describes as made for children to play and dogs to get fresh air. A second enclosed patio opens off the lounge.
Walkers and ramblers are spoilt for choice locally, with scenic walks aplenty for the dogs and quaint villages to cycle to. The beach is 3 miles off, Aldeburgh has boutique shops, eateries and galleries, and Thorpeness has its famous boating lake, the Meare, and a pretty shingle beach. RSPB Minsmere, Orford Ness and the sands of Walberswick and Southwold are all within reach.
