Inside, the cottage is lovingly furnished with care and attention. After a wild day of exploring, everyone gathers around the glowing wood burner with a whisky, three dogs sprawled at their feet, to plan the next foray into the hills. The bright and breezy kitchen has an Aga for suppers made from fine local produce, to savour in the lounge and diner or outside.
The dogs are restricted to the ground floor and are not allowed on the sofas, and two kennels are also available.
