Yes. Dogs can stay in selected rooms, up to 2 dogs per room.
A timber framed sixteenth century pub with seven rooms in the village of Sonning, where the bar and the garden welcome dogs at the table.
The Bull Inn is a listed timber framed pub in the village of Sonning on the Thames, with seven boutique bedrooms. Three Men in a Boat made it famous as an old country inn, and the dog friendly inn it has become allocates selected rooms to dogs, with the bar and garden open to them too.
Those rooms are specially allocated for you and your dog. A room takes two dogs, and the welcome pack includes a sausage with the dog's breakfast. A lead goes on inside the inn and out in the garden; dogs are never left alone in the room when you go out.
Dogs eat alongside you in the bar, or outside in the garden, and the main dining areas are the exception; dog friendly tables are there if you ask when booking. The kitchen does refined pub classics and is known for its Sunday roasts, and the bar runs Fuller's cask ales alongside craft lagers, ciders and exclusive wines.
The seven rooms run from Cosy to Indulgence, each with an ensuite and a cooked breakfast in the rate, with bottled water and fresh milk for the tea tray. The Thames is a few minutes walk from the door and the Mill Dinner Theatre, a converted flour mill, is nearby. Dinton Pastures Lakes Circular, one of Wildpack's walks, is 2.8 miles out for the dog.
