This wonderful semi detached barn conversion is tucked away in a hamlet of private dwellings near Lee, on the North Devon coast, and is a dog friendly base for a party of four with one dog welcome.
A lobby with coat and boot storage leads into the beautifully presented open plan living area, where a Smart TV with Sky and Netflix, plus a wood burner effect electric fire, set up the evening film. After a day on the coast path, the dog settles by the fire while supper comes together in the well appointed kitchen.
On the first floor, the main king size bedroom has its own TV and a freestanding roll top bath, the second king can become a twin on request, and the impeccably styled shower room has a large walk in shower. Outside, the enclosed, tiered sun trap patio holds the private hot tub, a gas BBQ and garden furniture, and the dog keeps close company out there in the evenings. There is also a shared lawn with swings, and the property next door can be booked alongside for a group of ten.
A scenic walk leads from the property to the beach and pub at Lee Bay, a hub for kayaking, and the South West Coast Path gives the dog miles of coast to explore. A seasonal farm shop and cafe is a few minutes' walk away, and a woodland path leads to the local pub. The sandy beaches of Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton are a short drive, Ilfracombe is nearby, and secluded Rockham Bay offers some solitude.
