Braco Farmhouse is a spacious, detached period house in a peaceful countryside position on a large, family run beef and sheep farm near Dumfries. Graded five star, this dog friendly farmhouse sleeps eight and welcomes two dogs, and it comes with a private hot tub on a fully enclosed patio and a mature enclosed garden at the front.

You step in from the patio to the hall, then through to a light and bright lounge, where comfortable sofas and a roaring wood burner make for cosy nights in, with a Smart TV for films, the dogs flat out by the fire after a day exploring. The kitchen leads on to a lovely dining area, and back through the hall there is a snug with comfortable seating and its own Smart TV, a stylish shower room and a utility room with direct access outside.

Upstairs are four light and bright bedrooms, two king size and two twins, all with ample storage and beautiful countryside views, along with a stylish bathroom. Out on the enclosed patio the private hot tub looks over the countryside, and with the charcoal BBQ lit and the table laid, evenings slide into stargazing while the dogs doze close by.
