Bwthyn Y Baedd is a luxury stone cottage on the edge of Lixwm, in the foothills of the Clwydian Range, and its enclosed garden is made for playing with the children and the dogs, with views out over the fields. Four guests and two dogs share this dog friendly cottage, reached by a private drive and full of interesting artwork and thoughtful extras.

The hall has plenty of space for coats and boots, and beyond it the creatively designed open plan lounge, kitchen and diner is flooded with natural light. The kitchen is at the far end, meals happen at the breakfast bar under its feature lighting, and after a full day out there is comfortable seating, a Smart TV and an electric fire, with two contented dogs flat out nearby. The king size bedroom has a stylish en suite with a free standing bath, and the twin comes with an attractive en suite shower.
