South Beach, the golf course and the Pembrokeshire Coast Path are all a short walk from Queens Parade 4, a spacious house in Tenby full of charm and character. Seven guests and one dog fill this dog friendly house, and its walled back garden holds a large hot tub under festoon lighting.

The open plan lounge is a calm space in two parts. The TV area has large comfy seating, a big bay window to the front and a gas fire made to look like a wood burner, while the reading area has bookshelves, original artwork and a real fire, the obvious place for the dog to settle on a long evening. Patio doors from there open onto the garden. The bright kitchen and diner has a gas range oven and its own patio doors out to a large garden table.

A twin and two stylish shower rooms take up the first floor, and a further flight leads to three more bedrooms with original feature fireplaces: a king with views towards the bay and the golf course, a double looking over the garden, and a charming single. The pretty front garden has a seating area for morning coffee. Behind the house, the enclosed walled garden gives the dog a lawn, with a patio, a BBQ and outdoor furniture, and a soak in the hot tub rounds off a busy day.

Tenby's medieval walls, ruined castle, Victorian fort and glorious beaches are all within half a mile, with friendly pubs and cheerful cafes between them. Boat trips run out to Caldey Island, and the house is ideally placed for keen walkers exploring Pembrokeshire with a dog.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Is Queens Parade 4 dog friendly?

Yes, Queens Parade 4 welcomes one dog. The walled back garden is a real bonus — your dog can be outside without you worrying about escapes, and if the real fire in the reading end of the lounge is anything to go by, they'll have strong opinions about where to settle indoors too.

  • Are dogs allowed at Queens Parade 4 year round?

The listing confirms one dog is welcome, but it doesn't specify any seasonal restrictions. It's worth checking directly with the property when you book to confirm availability for your dates and any conditions that apply.

  • What should I know before visiting Queens Parade 4 with my dog?

The property welcomes one dog, so if you're travelling with more than one it's worth checking before you book. The walled back garden means your dog has a secure outdoor space, and the Pembrokeshire Coast Path starts at the end of the road heading south along the cliffs towards Lydstep — good walking is genuinely on the doorstep rather than a drive away.
