Ford is a village of charming stone houses and beautiful gardens with a tranquil river flowing through it, deep in the Cotswolds AONB. Tallett Cottage is a fine example of a traditional cottage here, finished throughout to a high standard, contemporary inside its traditional walls, and as a five star, dog friendly cottage it welcomes four guests and their dog.
In the lounge, sofas gather round a wonderful wood burner, and the dog curls up by its glow while tomorrow gets planned over a drink. Through in the stylish kitchen and diner, the table seats four for meals together.
Upstairs are two spacious, beautifully finished bedrooms, both en suite with large walk in showers and Smart TVs, and the master suite has a roll top bath to sink into after a long day. The heritage Gloucestershire Warwickshire Railway runs from Toddington station through the countryside to Cheltenham, a lovely day out.
