It is one of three detached properties here, and a dog friendly base for four that suits walking, cycling, fishing, hill climbing and anyone who loves nature.
The lodge is all on one level. You step straight into a spacious, welcoming open plan room, with a lounge offering a TV and fine views, a dining area and a stylishly designed kitchen with an oven, hob, microwave and washer dryer. The three dogs can settle in the lounge once the walking is done. There is a cosy king size room, a comfortable bunk room and a shower room.
Outside, the charming enclosed garden has outdoor furniture and spectacular country views: morning coffee is taken out there while the three dogs explore, and it is the place to be in the evening once everyone, dogs included, has walked their fill. The village shop and Post Office are a short stroll away, and trout fishing, salmon fishing and pony trekking are all available nearby.
