Panoramic views over the river towards Fowey fill the first floor of The Knot, one of a row of five period houses in Polruan, renovated in 2019. Sleeping eight, this dog friendly house welcomes one dog, with a second by prior arrangement with the owner, who notes it is not suitable for giant breeds, and the garden is fully enclosed.
From the hallway, stairs lead up to the light and airy open plan lounge, kitchen and diner, which enjoys fabulous views over the estuary and has a wood burner, comfy seating and a Smart TV with Apple TV.
