The front door opens into a spacious cloakroom area, where wellies come off, coats go up and four dogs are unclipped before anyone goes further. The ground floor holds five spacious bedrooms, three with en suites, and a sixth en suite bedroom sits upstairs beside a second lounge whose patio doors open onto a decked area on the raised level of the garden. The dining area looks onto a conservatory games room leading out to the patio, and in the main lounge the wood burner sets the scene for a late evening dram, with the dogs spread out before it.
The garden has an extensive lawn, an orchard with fruit for guests to help themselves to, an astro turf area with a net for golf and football practice, and a private sheltered hot tub on the patio.
