Ferryside Beach
Carmarthenshire
Ferryside Beach is a sandy and pebble beach on the Tywi Estuary at the small village of Ferryside, looking across to Llansteffan Castle on the opposite bank. The beach has a quiet, traditional Carmarthenshire character and the estuary location provides interesting wildlife. The now-closed ferry connection to Llansteffan gave the village its name.
No restrictions confirmed at Ferryside Beach. Year-round dog access. A quiet, characterful estuary beach.
