Tralee Bay
Argyll and Bute
Tralee Bay is a sheltered, sandy bay on the Ardnamurchan peninsula near Acharacle, facing east across Loch Sunart and protected from the prevailing westerlies by the hills of Ardnamurchan. The beach is quiet and relatively accessible by Ardnamurchan standards, with the views across the loch to the Morvern hills behind. The surrounding area is a haven for wildlife including sea eagles and red squirrels.
No dog restrictions. Year-round dog access. A peaceful, sheltered alternative to the exposed Atlantic beaches of Ardnamurchan's west coast.
