Upstairs, the Stag Suite has a super-king and a glass Juliet balcony, a twin with a toy box zips into a king, and the Hare Suite has windows on three sides, a Juliet balcony facing Roseberry Topping and an en suite wet room. Outside, the fully enclosed garden has decking with a barrel sauna, a private hot tub and an outdoor shower, plus a patio with a BBQ. Dogs are very welcome, with secure open spaces to roam freely off lead; beyond the garden are a duck pond and paddocks with horses and sheep, so children and dogs should be supervised at all times.
The cottage shares 27 acres of grounds with the neighbouring farmhouse, with walking and cycling routes through the land and a private trail to the duck pond. The Cleveland Way and Cod Beck near Osmotherley offer superb walking with the dogs, and Stokesley, 2.5 miles away, has a Friday market and independent shops.
