The Seashore is a lovely ground floor apartment at Primrose Valley, a short 3 minute walk from the beach and a cliff top or beach walk of 15 minutes from Filey. Four guests and three dogs share this dog friendly bolt hole, and the Yorkshire coast is on the doorstep from the first morning.
Fresh neutral decor and nautical touches greet you in the hallway. The separate fitted kitchen is clean and modern, with a breakfast bar where the day gets planned, and a door from it opens onto a private patio, a lovely place to sit after a day on the beach while the dogs doze beside you. The lounge has lots of comfy seats, Sky and Netflix on the Smart TV, and board games for a games night, and the glass dining table sits at a window overlooking the front garden.
The king size bedroom looks out to the patio, and the second bedroom has a bunk bed, both with a TV, with a shower room off the kitchen. At the rear is an enclosed yard with a picnic bench plus chairs at a table for a cuppa in the sunshine, while the dogs nose around, and a gate from it gives onto the cliff tops behind the property.
Filey, with its sweeping stretch of golden sand, is one of the most popular holiday destinations on the Yorkshire coast, and Coble Landing, its Roman slipway, is a jumble of boats and kiosks for fish and chips and a good Yorkshire tea. Whitby, Scarborough, Staithes, Robin Hood's Bay and the North Yorkshire Moors are a short drive, ready for days out with three dogs in the car.
