Marble Arch Caves Gorge Walk
County Fermanagh
The Marble Arch Caves Gorge Walk, also signposted as the Cladagh Glen trail, is a short woodland gorge walk beside the Cladagh River that runs from the Marble Arch Caves visitor centre car park down to the Marble Arch rock bridge. Dogs are not allowed in the caves themselves but the gorge walk above ground is dog friendly on a lead, and the full Cladagh Glen loop is one of the most atmospheric mossy woodland strolls in Fermanagh.
Dogs are welcome on a lead throughout the trail, with the river drop and slippery boardwalks the main considerations. Surfaces are compacted path, timber boardwalk with steps and a short minor road section back to the car park, so the route is best avoided with very long or very stiff dogs on the stairways. The visitor centre has toilets, a cafe and pay and display parking; the gorge walk itself is free to use.
