Ceannabeinne Beach is a beautiful sandy beach on the north Sutherland coast near Durness, formed at the base of limestone cliffs that drop dramatically to the sea. The beach is accessed via a steep path from the clifftop and has a dramatic, wild character. The limestone geology of the Cape Wrath peninsula gives the area a distinctive pale-blue colour to the water.

No dog restrictions apply. Year-round access. The nearby village of Durness has good facilities including Sango Bay.
