Black Rock Sands Touring and Camping Park is a twelve acre, all grass, dog friendly park set behind the sand dunes of Black Rock Sands at Morfa Bychan, near Porthmadog. It is ideally placed for the wide open sandy beach, for water sports, and for exploring the west coast of North Wales and Eryri National Park beyond. Facilities include unmetered hot showers, a launderette, a freezer for ice blocks and a children's playground, and fire pits can be hired for the length of your stay.
Dogs stay free of charge here; in return the park asks that every dog stays on its lead throughout and is always cleaned up after. Up to two dogs are accepted per booking, and the park is unable to accept XL Bully dogs. Quiet time runs from 11pm until 8am, so evenings are peaceful for campers and for dogs tired out from a day exploring the coast. Bookings are currently taken by telephone.
