Achnahaird Beach is a beautiful, remote sandy beach in Coigach, north of Ullapool, backed by extensive dunes and with outstanding views west across the Minch. The beach is one of the finest in the northern Highlands but sees very few visitors due to its distance from main tourist routes. The surrounding Coigach landscape of sandstone mountains including Stac Pollaidh is spectacular.

No dog restrictions apply at Achnahaird Beach. Year-round access. Remote and beautiful.
